CFW Daily

Some people we’re privileged to know in this life: Sue’s one of them. She came to us last summer, unsure of herself but positive about one thing — she didn’t want to face another birthday with the body that she had. So she worked hard and watched what she ate and the pounds came off. 25-35-45-55-65-70. Sue’s lost 70 pounds in the past 16 months. Think about that. 70. The secret to her success? Attitude and effort. Sue never backs down from a workout and never says "I can’t do it." Every class, we hear one thing from Sue: "Bring it on!" So, Happy Birthday to Sue! You are an amazing person and an inspiration to us all!

I still can’t believe you belong to that club too, Chris — that’s amazing — congrats to you too!

And note the schedule alert — I forgot to mention it last night. I’ll be off in Boston but you can hit it 3x next week to get that other WOD in. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  6. Sue's Brother Dave [ya, THAT guy ; ) ] Says:

How can I say I’m proud of you in a way that you can feel on a web page? Other than saying that I truly am proud of you and all that you’ve done for yourself and for the rest of your family just by being the person that you are. So here on your 40th B-day (how the hell did we get to be 40+?) I’ll just say Happy Birthday and congrats kid !!

  7. Lis Says:

Wow, that’s cool, Sue — so glad to see that your family knows how special you are too! Nice words, Dave!

And to the entire 6pm crew tonight who completed Sue’s special WOD — “The 40″ — you guys were awesome! Thanks!
