Anyhow . . . this morning&#039;s crew enjoyed a refreshing 7 rounds of:

7 Slamballs
7 Pull-ups
7 KB Swings
14 Cal (Rowing)

You could sub 200m sprints for the rowing and you have a KB, but did you install the p-u bar yet? If not, use that KB for some SDHP and then sub something else for the slams. (You won&#039;t have a suitable sub for the slams so just add HSPU or something equally fun.)
