Richafterdl_2 Rich bangs out some push-ups on the parallettes after hitting a new PR of 255 on the Deadlift. Go Rich!

Good work was done by all of the Friday night crew as they deadlifted their way to some new PRs. (If you’re struggling with your deadlift form, go here and watch the video for some good examples of how to do it right.)

    So… I got up this morning, got dressed and the fell back asleep lol. I have time to workout tonight… I would like to know what the WOD was.. maybe I can do it here :) Thanks. And PS_ Rich is a machine!!!

    Aha, a likely story! (But, since you’re already the Cupcake of the Month . . .)

    Anyhow . . . this morning’s crew enjoyed a refreshing 7 rounds of:

    7 Slamballs
    7 Pull-ups
    7 KB Swings
    14 Cal (Rowing)

    You could sub 200m sprints for the rowing and you have a KB, but did you install the p-u bar yet? If not, use that KB for some SDHP and then sub something else for the slams. (You won’t have a suitable sub for the slams so just add HSPU or something equally fun.)
