After a long, snowy winter, it was absolutely gorgeous yesterday! A perfect day for 400m of walking lunges, as evidenced by the looks of utter joy on the faces of Mary, Kathrine, and Janice. (Well, it’s not exactly Janice’s face but she still looks good!)
Then, Mary started to catch K . . .
And opened up a lead!
Becky and Sue showed how the last downhill stretch can be tricky . . . 
And Nate neared the finish line, asking if he could go for another 400! (Well, not exactly. But we could print what he said, as opposed to most of K’s and Mystery Woman’s words.)
