		<description>Awesome commentary, Lis! Like I was saying the other day, you can only push yourself so far on your own. It&#039;s a lot easier to be motivated when there&#039;s a trainer to yell at you... er... motivate you. You&#039;re right, though. There are so many factors that determine how far you can go with each individual workout (sleep, or lack there of, etc.) You just need to listen to your body. Example: &quot;Ow! My knee hurts! I wonder what that&#039;s supposed to mean? Well, I&#039;m off to do my five mile run...&quot;
