In other news, we made good on our threat to make a truly disgusting "Cupcake of the Month" poster for anyone who cares to give less than 100% effort. Don’t let this be you!

Kathrine does “Cindy”: 12 rounds* plus 5 pull-ups plus 10 push-ups plus 14 squats (just one shy of 13 rounds!)
Mods include jumpers and knees.

LOL Actually 2500m of rowing and 150 wallballs and she called it a day. Go figure.
